Return Policy

All artwork is designed and printed by me; my goal is to provide excellent quality products. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase then you have 14 days to return.

Returned items must be in the same condition that you received it and unused, in its original packaging.

Please note, if you chose to cancel your order and your order has already been shipped you will be unable to do so at this point.

To return an item please contact me at rebeccaelizabethdraws@outlook.com to see if it meets the requirements. You will need proof of purchase and buyers will be responsible for any loss in value caused by the return and return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact with a clear image of the damaged item so I can sort this out for you as quickly as possible.  

Refunding items may take a little time, once I have received the returned item and made sure no quality was lost your refund will be approved. This will automatically refund to your original payment method and may take a few working days.

Unfortunately, the may be items that are excluded from returns such as personalised products.
