All orders are processed within 1-3 working days (unless stated otherwise).
All orders are shipped from my home studio in the UK.
Please select the type of shipping you would like at checkout, if you would like to track your parcel, please ensure you select this option. Standard delivery does not include shipping.
I ship worldwide however orders to EU are best ordered via etsy LINK. This is due to deliveries being held up at customs and paying unexpected VAT charges. Etsy charges these costs upfront.
Please be aware that any international orders may incur custom fees and these are your responsibility.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, the delivery time will depend on which option you chose at checkout. Again, if you want to know where your parcel is I suggest choosing the tracking option.
