The quaint Derbyshire town of Bakewell. Famous for its Bakewell pudding (not to be confused with the tart) this beautiful town in the peak district has a lot more to offer. This illustration is the perfect piece for anyone who loves to explore the local area or has spent time enjoying the beauty of the town. With the Rutland Arms hotel (where they claim Jane Austen wrote parts of Pride & Prejudice), the traditional Bakewell pudding shops and the river Wye running along the front with a few ducks. I don’t know about you, but I definitely enjoyed some fish and chips along this walk a few times (and even a battered mars bar). This art print is the perfect piece for your home, bringing some of the magic of Bakewell to your walls.

This print can be found in The Derbyshire Collection, click here to see more.
