Queens Park, Chesterfield
Queens Park, Chesterfield

A vibrant and colourful illustration of Queens Park Chesterfield in Derbyshire. A park in spring is the most glorious time, especially with the green leaves and the pink trees. A little snippet of this lovely park found in the centre of Chesterfield, with a nod to the glass building long demolished. The café where many get an ice cream in the summer and listen to the kids squeal and play on the swings. The beautiful band stand, the pond full of (too many) ducks and geese, the children’s train and of course, the cricket field. If you know Chesterfield or have every stopped by then this illustration hopefully takes you to a happy place.
